A good year for High End Builders

19 amazing projects in almost every part of London, a brand new office and new team members. High End Builders were really busy in 2015. – That was a great year for our team, but we have even greater plans for the future – says Martin Bator, Managing Director in HEB.

The end of the year is always a good time for a summary. Firstly, 2015 for HEB was full of interesting projects.

1 project completed per month

During the outgoing year, we were working really hard on 19 projects.  Most of them were fairly large refurbishments and redesigning works. We have completed 10 of them and 9 are still ongoing. That means, that we were completing 1 project in almost 1 month time.

– I am really proud of outcomes of our work this year – admits Martin Bator. – Most of our refurbishments were really challenging, but we put all our efforts in successfully completing them – he says.

Our projects were mainly based in North London. 5 of them took place in Central London, 3 in South London, one – outside of the city.

In 2016, we will keep up the good work on the following projects: Barham Avenue, Homefield, Ridgeway, Uphill Road, Shenley Hill, Kensal Rise, Pinner, Oakridge Avenue and Ellingham Road.  The last one will be completed in January/February.

Team and services expansion

2015 was definitely rich in multiple projects. We have also expanded as a professional business. In High End Builders, we strive to constantly improve the quality of our services. We want to offer a high standard turnkey project management and take care of every part of our client’s building project. Therefore, our team got bigger – we have new team members and have moved to a bigger office.

We now have Chris and Ruan working for us as a Commercial Manager and a Creative Director.  They will be responsible for interior & structural design and project management.

Plans for the future

High End Builders have some great plans for the upcoming year 2016.

– This year we want to focus on our bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, including bespoke carpentry — informs Martin Bator. – We can now reveal, that we are planning to open our very first showroom – he admits.

According to our plans, the showroom will be also based in North London. At the beginning, it will be an invitation-only exhibition room, where we will be able to introduce our wide range of services to our clients.

We hope that the new year 2016 will be full of new, amazing projects and rich in new contacts with interesting people. Obviously, we will keep you updated with the latest news.
